About Chot-Coc
Chot-Coc is an installable web app (app.chotcoc.com) for independent makeup artists and appointment-based businesses who agree bookings with customers in Zalo. The app holds booking slots with an expiry timer, generates VietQR deposit and balance codes to share in chat, and syncs confirmed bookings to the merchant's calendar. The merchant checks their own bank app and confirms each payment in the app; payments go straight to the merchant's bank account.
Google Calendar Integration
Chot-Coc allows merchants to connect their Google Calendar account to synchronize bookings and appointments seamlessly:
- Isolated Secondary Calendar: The application only creates and manages an app-dedicated secondary calendar named "Chot-Coc".
- Strict Data Privacy: The application never reads, never edits, and never deletes any of your personal events or other calendars.
- Booking Projection: When the merchant confirms a deposit in the app, the appointment on Google Calendar changes from [HOLD - Tạm giữ] to a confirmed reservation.
How to connect: in Chot-Coc, open Setup › Calendars and switch on Google Calendar. The app opens Google's consent screen in your browser; after you allow access you return to the app.
